The Cyberport Startup Alumni Association (CSAA) recently held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Cyberport 3. The meeting, which took place on December 15, 2023, saw enthusiastic participation from members and marked a significant milestone for the association.

During the AGM, the Co-Presidents of CSAA presented a comprehensive report on the association's achievements and activities. Key agenda items included the election of the Executive Committees for the 2024-2025 term and a Christmas Party to celebrate the season.

The election process adhered to the CSAA constitution, with nominations being submitted by eligible members. The Executive Committee, responsible for managing the association, will consist of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of twenty-one (21) elected members. Notably, the upcoming term will have two (2) Co-Presidents among the twelve (12) Executive Committee members.

Members attending the AGM had the opportunity to vote in person, with results determined by a simple majority. The elected candidates will serve a two-year term on the Executive Committee.

The AGM also addressed administrative matters, including member verification upon admission and contingency plans in case of adverse weather conditions.

The successful conclusion of the AGM represents a significant milestone for CSAA, highlighting its commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation within the startup community. The newly elected Executive Committees will work diligently to support the association's mission and the entrepreneurial aspirations of its members.
